Former TOMS executive partners with NFL player to help preserve our national parks

Venice-based TOMS has a personal link to an exciting and inspiring new social enterprise, REVISIT, that strives to preserve America's national parks.

Jillian DiIorio, one of its Co-Founders, was on the ground floor in 2007, the year after TOMS was established. As TOMS' first Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jillian worked alongside founder Blake Mycoskie and several others from the original team to help the start-up grow over seven years into a world-class organization. Do Good LA Co-Founder Elise Wagner had the pleasure of working with Jillian and Blake for a part of that exciting time.

After leaving TOMS in 2013, the Pennsylvania-born, Texas-based Jillian and her longtime friend Brent Celek, a Philadelphia-based entrepreneur and Philadelphia Eagle football player, partnered to establish REVISIT. (Shortly thereafter, the team recruited Garrett Awad, the Director of Retail Marketing at TOMS, to become a Partner at REVISIT.)

Both Jillian and Brent had traveled to America's glorious National Parks as children and adults and were troubled that devastating budget cuts were jeopardizing their short and long term future. They established REVISIT as a means of raising funds for National Parks through the creation and sale of equisitely crafted leather goods that are inspired by the beauty of the parks and the visionaries who worked so hard to create them.
