About

Gladeo was founded to help address the paucity of guidance counselors and career resources at low income schools in Southern California. Its work is predicated on the conviction that every student, regardless of where they live, should have the chance to find a career that's right for them.

Gladeo is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and helping young people discover, navigate and achieve their dream careers by creating innovative multimedia career content and distributing it through guidance counselors, its career exploration workshops, the web, and social media.

It has created a "Virtual Career Day," an online portal where guidance counselors and students can learn about the vast array of careers from its ever-growing library of content.

Gladeo gives guidance counselors the resources they need to inspire and expose their students to the vast world of possibilities, not just the ones in their community, and to empower their students to make informed decisions about their future.

Check out its website to explore its dynamic career exploration tool, view videos on various careers, and learn about Gladeo's workshops and college internship program.
